·I yearn for a storm·
·How unfair of the Sky to display its might·
fill the air with passion·
·wash the city in giant lashes of rain·
daze the trees and churn the ponds·
·and suddenly, deprive the world of that treat·
There is no more soothing sight·
·than waves slanting hard from above·
determined to bore holes into the asphalt·
·testing their might against all resistance·
and filling the space between the air particles·
·with their clammy heaviness·
Then, anger and sadness and revolt·
·are cleansed to pure white·
thunder shouts my rebellion ·
·and lightning strikes where I can't·
When calm returns and business resumes·
·peace soothes its way through the clouds·
and spreads like music in my heart·

Hmm, j'ai presque envie de dire que j'ai tout compris quasiment sans l'aide d'un dico. Bien, et pour ma performance, et pour ton poëme.
